answer: forget about it... without a cosigner or a secure credit card you can hang up not paying fees. Your bad credit makes creditors not trust you so they ned some sort of collateral. I say start rebuilding your credit. Having a good income doesn't always help.creditors think that if it's so good then why not pay some of those outstanding debts.

Answer: Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.
I will hereby talk from my personal experience.
I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,

Answer: Yes, but with a catch.
I've included a link below where you can compare cards for people with bad credit. Some will require a security deposit of part or all of the credit extended.
The biggest things to compare: 1) card issuance fee, 2) monthly/annual fee, 3) interest rate. There are lenders who will issue a card with a $300 limit, then immediately charge you a couple hundred in fees. Check them closely. People with better credit almost never pay fees for their cards.
With no security deposit, I would guess you would end up paying $50-100 in fees on average..

But To boost your credit score:
The first thing you will need to do is call the three major credit reporting agencies and request a free copy of your credit report.

Then once you get those in the mail (7-10 days) there will be a dispute form attached to the reports. Fill those out for every negative account on your report regardless. Fax, mail go online whatever it takes to get those submitted as quickly as possible. Then those companies must answer your dispute within 30 days or it is removed from your credit report completely. So that will eliminate some things, hopefully.
Then make sure you pay all your revolving accounts to below 50% of your credit limits.
Make sure that you make all your payments no more than 20 days from the date it is due.
